Conditions for Return:
- Item should be in good resalable condition.
- Must be in its original packaging.
- Return is filed within 30 days of purchase.
- Items with rechargeable battery have 6 months warranty*
*Warranty is void if failure or defect was attributable to any extrinsic cause, accidental damage, liquid spillage, improper use, modification, adaptation, neglect, crack, wear and tear, improper installation and connection with any peripheral, external electrical fault.
- No return or refund for change of mind purchases. We do not provide return and refund for wrong choices made.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If the item is damaged on delivery, please notify the courier when receiving the item and contact us within three working days. We may be able to make a claim to the courier within this period and we will work out the best way to resolve the problem for you.
- Exchange may be available depends on the stock availability and you are responsible for the extra charge such as the postage fee incurred.
