How much is Shipping?
Shipping is FREE, Australia wide, unless stated otherwise

Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, MARO does NOT ship internationally, we only ship to Australia. In some cases, we ship also to New Zealand.

How do you ship items?
MARO mainly uses AUSPOST / SENDLE to process shipments.

How long will it take before my order ships?
You should expect to receive your order within 5-14 business days. We aim to deliver faster whenever possible, so you may receive your product sooner.
Some of our Super Bargains may take slightly longer to process due to high order volumes. This could add up to 4 days to the expected delivery time. Please keep in mind that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
For PRE-SALE Listings, please read carefully the expected despatch day.

Can I pick up my order?
Sorry, MARO does not provide pick up facilities yet.

Is tracking available for my order?
Yes, all orders are shipped with a tracking number. Except with some cases that we drop for delivery nearby.

What are your delivery times?
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm. Please note that we cannot schedule deliveries with our drivers, as we cannot control freight once it has left our premises.

What if delivery was NOT successful?
Always track your parcel with the given tracking code. If you are not home, a card will be left in your letterbox, advising that your item will be available for pickup either at your local Australia Post Office, or reschedule delivery again the next day. However, if driver failed to reach anyone for a few times and authority to leave is NOT given, merchandize might be returned to MARO. In this case, buyer might need to pay the delivery fee in order to get it sent again. Please make sure address details and cellphone number given is correct.
And MARO will NOT take any responsibilities for WRONG address given.
